NUPC Technology is looking for a driven B2B Technology Sales Representative to develop new business relationships, help businesses improve productivity, strengthen cybersecurity, adopt AI safely, and get more value from their technology.

What You’ll Sell
You will sell a wide range of business technology services, including:
- Maintenance and cybersecurity packages
- Backup and Data Protection plans
- Managed AI services and AI safety guidance
- Server management and Mobile Device Management plans
- Helpdesk and managed support services
- Microsoft 365, cloud, and email management solutions
- Project work, migrations, upgrades, consulting, and other approved services
You do not need to know every technical detail. However, you do need to be technically inclined, ask good questions, understand business pain points, and know when to involve technical staff. All services require technical approval before being finalized to ensure the solution fits the client’s needs.

The right person is friendly, relatable, persistent, and comfortable speaking with small business owners and decision makers. We want someone who can build trust, listen well, and take a collaborative approach to helping businesses solve problems.
- You enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations.
- You are comfortable with networking, public speaking, phone outreach, email outreach, social media prospecting, and business walk-ins.
- You can explain technology in plain English to non-technical decision makers.
- You are coachable, organized, technically inclined, and willing to learn.
- You are excited about cybersecurity, AI, managed IT, and helping businesses grow safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, local events, in-person visits, and supporting outreach such as phone, email, and LinkedIn/social media.
- Attend chamber events, business groups, lunch-and-learns, workshops, and other community networking opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients.
- Listen for technology frustrations, cybersecurity concerns, productivity issues, backup needs, and growth challenges.
- Present NUPC Technology’s services clearly and confidently to business owners and decision makers.
- Collaborate with management on pricing, proposals, service recommendations, and closing strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, notes, opportunities, and follow-ups in HubSpot and supporting spreadsheets.
- Follow up after the sale to support a smooth client handoff and reinforce confidence in the decision.
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred, especially B2B, business development, account management, IT, MSP, cybersecurity, telecom, technology, or professional services sales.
- Must be comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and decision makers.
- Must be technically inclined and willing to learn NUPC Technology’s services and sales process.
- Strong communication, presentation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and documenting sales activity.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Compensation & Work Environment
- Full-time W-2 employee position.
- 100% commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.
- Commission opportunities on managed services, recurring client renewals, project work, and other approved services sold.
- Performance bonuses for reaching sales targets.
- Travel and mileage reimbursement included.
- Approved budget for events, lunches, networking memberships, and business development activities.
- Primarily outside sales and field-based role with occasional in-office work for training, planning, or internal collaboration as needed.
- Candidate should be located near Venice, FL or the surrounding areas and able to travel within assigned territory.
- Some evening or after-hours networking events may be required.
Note: Final compensation details will be provided during the hiring process and administered in accordance with applicable employment and wage/hour requirements.
